Our Supplier Diversity Policy helps us attract qualified small and diverse suppliers to support our business needs. It arose from our commitment to ensuring that diverse suppliers have an equal opportunity to be included in our strategic sourcing and procurement process. At Cascade, we think fair business is good business.

As part of our commitment to diverse business enterprises (DBEs), we routinely track and report on our company’s spend on DBE subcontractors and vendors. Our latest report, the 2022 DBE Spend Report, offers a glimpse into how we distribute our DBE spend across the many small and diverse-owned companies we do business with. It also outlines our plans to improve our internal tracking systems and expand our support of DBEs.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Doing the right thing is one of Cascade’s core values and we expect the same of those who do business with us. While we recognize that our suppliers may establish their own individual standards, we prefer to do business with suppliers who adhere to the basic principles and ideals outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct. It outlines Cascade’s minimum expectations of our suppliers and is intended to promote lawful and ethical behavior by all parties involved in our business dealings.
