She enjoys employing her 30+ years of diverse professional experience in business development; funding development; program design, development, and implementation; marketing; and outreach to benefit Cascade clients and collaborators.
Shelly is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships in government, market transformation, and emerging technology. She is adept at navigating the complex landscape of government programs and funding and enjoys the challenge of matching client needs to resources that enable them to implement projects to achieve energy efficiency and decarbonization goals.
Shelly’s interests include gardening, painting, travel, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family. She’s also an avid reader committed to learning constantly. She lives in the Midwest with her husband, two very large and rambunctious dogs, and a grumpy old cat.
