Mike Dunn is focused on expanding relationships with Cascade’s growing list corporate clientele, in addition to building new relationships with businesses just starting out on their path to decarbonization. His primary drive is to help large companies reduce their energy spend and cut carbon emissions by guiding corporate stakeholders through the entire journey of decarbonization: from cutting waste via energy efficiency, to electrification, sourcing clean energy, and beyond.
After working for four years as a process engineer at a design firm focused on mining and minerals, Mike joined Cascade in 2016 as an industrial energy efficiency project engineer. Before becoming Director of Business Development, he filled various roles at Cascade including project engineer, program engineer, and utility project manager. Mike excels at engaging the entire suite of energy stakeholders; from plant-level operators to C-level executives. His ability to match corporate energy goals with custom Cascade offerings is an asset to anyone interested in industrial decarbonization.

Mike is an avid reader and enjoys a wide range of genres including: nonfiction science, poetry, short stories, science fiction, and philosophy. He is also a musician, with proficiency in guitar, drums, and piano. Mike resides near Salt Lake City and enjoys getting into the outdoors to hike and explore with his wife and three children.
