Karalyn brings to this role over 25 years of marketing and business development experience, spanning three continents and multiple technical industries. During her career she has built extensive competency in the areas of marketing, business development, communications, and strategic planning, which she now applies at Cascade Energy to build new paths to generate revenue growth. As VP of Market Development, Karalyn leads the Market Development team in its promotion and market intelligence efforts for Cascade, as well as overseeing program-specific marketing strategy and activities.
Karalyn held senior leadership roles in the rail and aviation industries for over 15 years prior to joining Cascade Energy in 2022. In that time, she sustained a proven track record in complex business environments involving public and private sector entities in Asia, Latin America, Europe, and North America.
She is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese and proficient in business modeling, financial strategy, contract administration, strategic partnership development, business development, marketing, and corporate communications.
Rambunctiously curious and an avid reader, Karalyn enjoys learning about everything from history to novel technology developments. She resides in southern Colorado with her better half, and enjoys hiking and biking outdoors, bird watching and stargazing.
