We have some exciting news to share out of California! Bonduelle Fresh Americas has been participating in a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) cohort for two years, made available by Southern California Edison and SoCalGas and administered by Cascade. Recently, Bonduelle’s Irwindale, CA plant participated in an Alliance to Save Energy case study to highlight their electric savings through the SEM program. The site achieved over 8 million kWh savings (worth over $1 million!) in just the first two years. Their hard work emphasizes the true impact of SEM, and Bonduelle will continue to participate in the next cycle of the SEM program. We feel very lucky to work with such a hard working team, and are excited to help Bonduelle discover more energy savings.
