Sangeeta brings more than 15 years of finance and business leadership across global, technology-driven organizations. Before joining Cascade, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Finance at Smart Energy Waters, where she led global Finance, Accounting, Legal, FP&A, Procurement, Treasury, and operational strategy for a fast-growing SaaS business. Earlier in her career, she held finance leadership roles at TEN-X, The Irvine Company, QBE Insurance, and Portellus — building a track record across SaaS, real estate, insurance, and financial technology.

Her expertise spans financial strategy and long-range planning, forecasting and enterprise reporting, M&A due diligence and integration, capital planning, treasury management, risk oversight, and systems modernization. She has led global audits across multiple jurisdictions, implemented enterprise planning platforms, guided board and investor reporting, and built high-performing teams grounded in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
