Customer engagement is more than just business development – it is a prioritization of the customer’s needs and a focus on how we can help them become successful. Rob embodies this principle, and brings his background of industrial technical expertise, solutions-focused innovation, and passion for reducing unnecessary waste to his relationships with clients. With experience ranging from controller to president of a large refrigeration contractor, to engineer, to customer engager, Rob brings breadth and depth of perspective to develop unique but grounded client-focused solutions that result in long-term, sustainable success.

After joining Cascade in 2013 as a Senior Project Engineer, Rob relocated to the Chicagoland area to establish Cascade’s Midwest presence. Over the next six years, Rob developed lines of work with important utility clients and grew the office of one to a team of seven. Rob has since moved back to his hometown in Salt Lake City, but continues to exclusively focus on engaging the wonderful people of the Midwest.

Personal Facts

Rob is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying mountain biking in the summer and schussing down the slopes in the winter. When not up in the mountains, Rob has a home improvement obsession and can be found working on any number of self-inflicted projects around the house.
