Kristi brings over 20 years of experience in business and financial leadership, spanning diverse industries, company structures, and roles. Before joining Cascade, she served as CFO at Herbert L. Flake Company, LLC, where she led the Finance and HR teams and modeled executive leadership. Throughout her career, Kristi has focused on bridging the gap between finance and operations, earning her a reputation as a true business partner who empowers teams and fosters collaboration.

At Cascade, Kristi also champions initiatives that align with the company’s mission and values, partnering on DEIA efforts and driving strategic projects like acquisitions and long-term planning. Her leadership reflects Cascade’s commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and shared success.

Kristi, her spouse Mike, and rescue dog Hadley, are empty nesters who share a passion for travel, humor, and meaningful connections.
