Jeff Hare

Director of Operations: SEM, Aquafficiency & Territories

Jeff has successfully filled several roles since joining the Company in 2008; Sr. Project Engineer, Program Manager, SEM Coach, Client Manager, and Aquafficiency/SEM Department Lead. This experience combined with Jeff’s ability to connect with operators, engineers, plant managers, executives, and utility personnel has help build Cascade into an industrial energy efficiency powerhouse. His current role will help establish Cascade’s Water and Wastewater division (Aquafficiency), standardize and improve Strategic Energy Management, and increase Cascade’s influence in the Mountain West and Northeast Territories.

Jeff’s client engagement experience with Rocky Mountain Power, Bonneville Power Administration, and Idaho Power created a strong base which he uses to develop and drive Strategic Energy Management for utilities throughout the country. In addition, his ability to develop and build strong teams helps Cascade’s territory personnel meet the changing demands of our energy efficiency customers.

Personal Facts

Jeff and his wife, Jennie, have five beautiful children. They love the breathtaking mountains in Utah and the surrounding national parks. During their adventures, they enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and camping. Between work, home, and church activities, Jeff enjoys the challenge of endurance events, completing 50-mile one day hikes, finishing half-ironman triathlons, and summiting several mountain peaks.
