Guiding the strategic vision for the company alongside the other leadership team members, Glen Thomas maintains dual focus on planning for today and planning for 10 years from today. His careful forecasting of office, staffing, revenue, systems, and other needs have helped steer Cascade’s growth.
Glen is responsible for Cascade’s internal operations, assuring adequate financial resources, working to recruit top talent, and ensuring our key business systems are operating at peak efficiency in order to keep Cascade positioned for future growth and prosperity. He joined the Cascade leadership team in 2010 after years of managing our Salt Lake City office and evaluating and implementing hundreds of industrial energy-efficiency projects across North America. Prior to Cascade, Glen spent 10 years in the steel industry. Besides developing expertise in pumping and hydraulics, his experience as a project, maintenance, and production manager has helped him understand the needs and perspectives of the industrial customers.
Glen enjoys living near the mountains and taking advantage of opportunities to camp and hike with his family. He is an avid reader, and especially loves reading classics and history.
