Gene is a product management executive with over 15 years of experience in emerging technology, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. He brings expertise in product strategy, business analysis, product engineering, and team management. Gene has a proven track record of transforming and scaling product lines, developing strategic product roadmaps, and achieving cost reductions.
Prior to joining Cascade in 2025, Gene was the Vice President of Product for Molekule, where he transformed their connected air purifier line and introduced groundbreaking air quality monitoring features. Additionally, as a former Senior Director of Product Management for Comcast, Gene helped lead the development and rollout of Comcast’s flagship Xfinity App.
Gene is on a mission to advance technology for the benefit of humanity. His career has centered around building both groundbreaking products and meaningful relationships with customers.
Personal Facts
Outside of work, Gene enjoys running, swimming, cycling, backcountry skiing, playing music, and traveling with his family.
Gene is also an avid supporter of music and the arts through volunteer work. He has served as an artist liaison for the Pickathon Festival in Portland, Oregon for the last decade, acting as a point of contact and onsite troubleshooter for touring artists performing at this annual three-day music festival outside the city. He has also served as a cartography volunteer for the Oregon Country Fair for over 20 years, creating the maps used in the planning and execution of the fair.
