Andrea is an engineering and management professional with over 17 years of experience focused on client-facing consulting. Her diverse background includes energy efficiency scoping, forensic evaluation of commercial and industrial equipment, technical content development, and client and project management. Andrea’s ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences and convey the business case for energy efficiency has led to strong, long-term customer relationships and a steady stream of cost-effective projects.
She first joined Cascade in 2020 as an outreach engineer and now leads Cascade demand-side management program delivery in the Midwestern United States. She provides strategic oversight and manages all operations and delivery for our staff teams delivering demand-side management programs on behalf of ComEd. She also supports proposal development for business development efforts with other Midwestern utilities with whom Cascade works.
She has contributed to multiple speaking presentations at the bi-annual Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Industry hosted by the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE), including delivering a presentation on successfully pivoting program outreach techniques during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Andrea grew up in Toronto, Canada. Unsurprisingly, she is an avid fan of all activities on snow and ice, but her favorites are snowboarding and having snowball fights with her husband and two children.
