Cascade continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic as it evolves. We rely on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local health authorities where we have employees and clients as primary sources of information for us. We will continue to follow all guidance issued by these organizations as circumstances evolve. Our Infectious Disease Action Committee continues to meet twice a week to develop and coordinate our strategic response to the outbreak.
As certain geographies and segments of our country slowly phase into reopening, our top priorities remain to
- Ensure the safety of our people, clients, and the public
- Safeguard business continuity throughout the next stages of the pandemic
- Support the resumption of business operations as reopening occurs.
We remain focused on delivering the highest level of client support possible, and our team is innovating creative ways to deliver our services when face-to-face meetings and workshops may be limited. We are working hard to listen to our customers’ challenges, identify barriers to remote work and delivery, deploy new solutions, and bring immediate value to customers.
