Josh has over a dozen years of industrial project and program management experience with Cascade, serving customers in an array of industries. He combines an understanding of the technical aspects of energy efficiency with excellent communication and management skills. Josh excels at simplified, yet accurate, analyses of industrial systems and has the ability to see how projects contribute to and fit within the big picture for industrial customers and energy programs alike. In his current role, Josh manages Cascade’s Customer Engagement team, focused on developing deeper relationships with customers and business development opportunities.

Josh is the former manager of Cascade’s Project Engineering group and was one of the key designers of Bonneville Power Administration’s award-winning Energy Smart Industrial program. He also managed the Energy Smart Industrial Partner (ESIP) component of the program for three years. In addition, he has been an instructor for the Ammonia Refrigeration Best Practices training and has been asked to speak on energy efficiency by several DSM program managers and industrial trade associations.

Josh enjoys spending time in the outdoors and is an avid skier, mountain biker, and backpacker. His first job after college was working as a ski lift operator.
