As Director of Project Engineering, Dave brings people with diverse backgrounds and interests together to consistently satisfy customers and achieve results beyond expectation. In his current role, he oversees a team of project engineers that perform technical energy engineering services for a multitude of industrial facilities and utility demand-side management (DSM) programs.

Dave joined Cascade Energy in 2002, following a career in engineering and operations in the oil and gas industry. His prior experience gave him the ability to understand our customers’ perspective. At Cascade, Dave has worked on a variety of projects with Pacific Power, Rocky Mountain Power, and Bonneville Power Administration.

Prior to becoming Director of Project Engineering Dave was a program director for Cascade’s Energy Trust of Oregon program, including managing costs and deliverables, as well as the processes, systems, and procedures required to meet program energy savings goals.

Dave has also headed up many of Cascade’s oil and gas projects, including work with oil refineries, petro-chemical plants, and oil and gas production sites. Dave’s technical expertise with projects unique to the oil and gas industry, combined with his strong communication skills, enabled Cascade to build and strengthen its position in this sector of industrial energy efficiency.
